Here’s the thing to know about Brad: he loves design, but he really loves talking to people, zeroing in on their challenges, and then pulling a well-designed rabbit out of his hat to solve them.
Before arriving at graphic design, Brad studied physics, then English, then architecture—not quite the standard education for a graphic designer, but excellent training for a business advisor who uses design to communicate at a strategic level.
Lynne has been with Group C since 2006 and is an integral part of each project that comes through the office. Lynne graduated from UConn with a BFA in Graphic Design/Communication. Her project management knowledge combined with her design background and innate understanding of all things technical and process-oriented makes her a key player in making projects happen. From proposals to schedules, through design and production, she’s got it covered, and all with a calm, focused energy.
With almost 20 years in the biz, Tad has pretty much done it all; from signage to book design, products to websites, identities to motion. After graduating from Pratt, he worked at branding, advertising firms and studios including a year abroad in Italy, before settling in Connecticut.
Tad believes that design is often much more than just creating a logo or layout. It is a process that involves reading, researching, and most importantly, collaboration. The end result is never what you expected but feels like the only logical solution.
Michaela is a process driven designer and fine artist with an interest in collaborative projects that allow for conceptual thinking and experimentation. She graduated from UConn with a BFA in Graphic design in 2021. Her work often centers around visual storytelling, system building, and unconventional solution finding. It bridges the gap between design and fine arts.
Leyla is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in Studio Arts. She is passionate about the process of making, exploring the combination of digital with analog, and working iteratively. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in English; with a brief hiatus to study abroad in London at UAL: Central Saint Martins. She’s known for having an acute attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
Madison graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2023 with a BFA in Graphic Design. She’s a dynamic and versatile designer with a passion for learning. Madison enthusiastically explores different mediums and loves taking on challenges, always pushing creative boundaries in her work. Madison has a passion for hands-on projects like making paper and experimenting with textures. She brings this love for tactile experiences into her design work, creating engaging and immersive designs.
