Here’s the thing to know about Brad: he loves design, but he really loves talking to people, zeroing in on their challenges, and then pulling a well-designed rabbit out of his hat to solve them.
Before arriving at graphic design, Brad studied physics, then English, then architecture—not quite the standard education for a graphic designer, but excellent training for a business advisor who uses design to communicate at a strategic level.
Mike graduated in 2016 from the University of Bridgeport’s Shintaro Akatsu School of Design (SASD for short) with a BFA in Graphic Design. While attending, he worked as a freelance designer for their SASD Design Studio. Shortly after graduation, Mike began working with Group C as a junior designer, and has been here ever since.

Tad graduated from Pratt Institute with a major in communication design in 2006. Since then he worked for Ogilvy & Mather, McGarryBowen and AR New York, as well as smaller studios. He also was awarded a year long scholarship at Fabrica, Benetton’s creative research studio. He has developed branding and identity solutions for clients that range from world wide brands and NGOs to local and mom and pop businesses.
Lynne has been with Group C since 2006 and is an integral part of each project that comes through the office. Lynne graduated from UCONN with a BFA in Graphic Design/Communication. Her project management knowledge combined with her design background and innate understanding of all things technical and process-oriented makes her a key player in making projects happen. From proposals to schedules, through design and production, she’s got it covered, and all with a calm, focused energy.
Thaia graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BFA in Graphic Design. She has worked at UCONN’s Nutmeg Publishing as a freelance magazine designer, and at Document Production Center as a graphic designer. Even though she has been in the industry a short time, she is passionate about branding and print design.
